Cancellation & refunds.

• You can cancel at any time by [how: account page, email or the Contact page].
• Cancel at least [X] days before your next dispatch and you will not be charged for it.
• If your next delivery has already shipped, it will still arrive and is still charged. If it is unopened, you can return it under section 4.
• Cancelling stops all future deliveries. There is no cancellation fee. [Confirm.]

Your subscription price is locked for two years. If you cancel and start again later, [confirm whether the locked price still applies].

• Before it ships, cancel through the Contact page and we will refund you in full.
• After it ships, you can refuse delivery, or return it under section 4.

Protocol 32 is a food product, so for hygiene and safety we can only take back:

• Unopened boxes and sachets, returned within [X] days of delivery.
• Anything that arrived damaged, wrong or past its expiry date, reported within [48 hours] of delivery.

We cannot take back boxes or sachets that have been opened, unless they arrived damaged or wrong.

• Write to us through the Contact page with your order number and, if something is wrong, a photo.
• We will send you return instructions or arrange a pickup. [Confirm who pays for the return.]

• Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within [X to Y] working days of us receiving the return or confirming the problem.
• Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask you for your details.
• If something arrived wrong or damaged, we will replace it or refund you in full.

[Confirm what happens to the two included blood tests if you cancel or return an order, for example after the day one test.]

If you feel unwell after taking Protocol 32, stop taking it and speak to a doctor. Then write to us so we can record it. [Confirm whether a refund applies.]
