By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract under Indian law. Protocol 32 is not for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take a prescription medicine or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before you start.
Protocol 32 is a nutraceutical, a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
The timelines on this site for when you may notice a change are typical, not promises. Results vary from person to person.
An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation message or email. We may cancel an order, and will refund you in full, if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error.
You can pay online through [payment gateway], using the methods it offers. Cash on delivery is available on one-time orders only, not on subscriptions. [Confirm any COD limit or fee.]
Two blood tests, one on day one and one on day ninety, are included with your order. We arrange and pay for both. [Confirm eligibility, the lab partner, where the tests are available and how results are shared.]
The tests help you track change. They are not a medical diagnosis, and any result that concerns you should be discussed with a doctor.
These are covered in our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Cancellation & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

As Protocol 32 is a nutraceutical (food supplement) and not a medicinal product, the company assumes no liability for adverse reactions, bodily harm, or lack of expected medical efficacy arising from a user’s failure to consult a registered medical practitioner before commencing consumption, or from consumption by individuals explicitly excluded (including persons under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those with [rest of this sentence to confirm].
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at [city], without affecting any right you have as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
